Steve brings over 30 years of experience in leading high-growth and scaling businesses, having held key leadership roles in global companies like Cintas and Michelman, as well as in entrepreneurial ventures, including his own company, People At Your Service (PAYS). Through PAYS, Steve provided fractional growth leadership to numerous businesses, gaining deep expertise in EOS Traction as a foundational operating system for scaling companies.
A natural connector and problem solver, Steve thrives on identifying synergies and maximizing potential—traits that align with his StrengthsFinder profile as a "Maximizer." He is passionate about driving exponential growth, always seeking opportunities where 1+1 can equal 3 or more. At TP4 Advisors, we’re thrilled to have Steve contribute to our growth, but even more excited for the impact he will have in helping our clients scale their businesses through our tailored financial solutions.
A graduate of Miami University, Steve resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife, Barb. Together, they have raised five wonderful adult children and enjoy time with their growing family, including their grandson—with more on the way. Beyond his professional endeavors, Steve is deeply involved in his community, volunteering with his church and various nonprofits, co-leading a LeaderImpact Men’s Group, and actively participating in Cincinnati’s expanding pickleball scene at the Pickle Lodge in West Chester.
