TP4 Advisors – Bookkeeping Specialist Intern

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join us as a Bookkeeping Specialist Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting processes and exposure to the financial services industry.

TP4 Roll responsibilities
Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.

  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.

  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
  • Aid in the preparation and processing of invoices, bills, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in accounting or finance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
