Stacia Davis

Stacia brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Operations as a Controller for small private companies. Before joining TP4, she worked for a real estate developer, where she provided financial management and leadership for a dozen subsidiaries. Her responsibilities included financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, cash-flow management, annual budgeting, lease review, CAM reconciliation, and department supervision, as well as collaborating with lenders and external firms.

Stacia graduated from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and other close family and friends. She particularly loves watching her son perform in his various musical endeavors and traveling.
