TP4 Advisors – Accounting Manager
We are seeking highly skilled Accounting Managers to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, experience in financial management, and a proven track record of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support annual financial audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on accounting principles, procedures, and software systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary updates.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
