Chaz Nichols

Chaz Nichols brings over 15 years of experience managing all aspects of finance, with a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping. Throughout his career, he has initiated and implemented processes and structures to improve productivity, performance, and profitability. Chaz excels at identifying efficiencies—in cost, time, productivity, and performance—and translating them into growth, leveraging his extensive accounting knowledge to ensure financial accuracy and strategic decision-making.

Chaz received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 2008. His accounting expertise was further honed through his role as Controller for MiQ Partners, formerly known as TSS Technologies, a full-service operation providing clients with best-in-class automation services and innovative design and manufacturing solutions. In this role, Chaz was responsible for overseeing the accounting function, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and budgeting, ensuring that financial operations were aligned with overall business objectives.

Although not a CPA, Chaz’s deep experience in accounting and financial management positions him as a key asset to TP4 Advisors, where he continues to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.
