Dan brings over 30 years of Finance and Accounting experience to TP4, with a strong foundation in public accounting. He has worked in various industries, including real estate management and development, financial services, medical devices, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Dan spent 10 years at an international public accounting firm, where he primarily served privately owned businesses, honing his expertise in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.

Dan has served as the CFO of three mid-market enterprises, where his CPA background has been invaluable in bringing structure and meaningful reporting to each organization. He often says he "brings order to chaos" by leveraging his extensive accounting knowledge to streamline financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked under various ownership structures, including large public corporations, private equity, venture capital-backed, and privately owned companies. He has been involved in both business acquisitions and the sale of businesses, with experience in analysis, negotiation, due diligence, and subsequent transition and integration. Having a prior CPA license, Dan's deep accounting expertise continues to be a cornerstone of his professional contributions.

A CPA and a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Dan resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Susan, and their three children.
