Greg Ackerson

Greg brings over 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting to TP4, with a strong foundation in public accounting. Throughout his career, he has held various financial leadership roles across multiple industries, with a specialization in manufacturing. While his early career was spent in large, established public organizations, Greg has recently focused on emerging industries and start-ups.

A collaborative and pragmatic leader, Greg is equally comfortable serving as a strategic business partner to a CEO as he is working hands-on alongside a company’s bookkeeper. His expertise spans process improvement and optimization, financial reporting and analysis, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and compliance.

Greg is a licensed CPA in Ohio and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. A dedicated UC sports fan, he continues to support his alma mater post-graduation. He resides in Lebanon with his wife and their daughter.
