Mark Bugajski

Mark Bugajski brings over 30 years of finance and business experience to TP4. He has held roles as CFO and Controller, among numerous financial positions, as well as that of small business owner. Mark’s career began with a strong focus on accounting and bookkeeping, where he developed expertise in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and cash-flow management. His experience in these areas has been pivotal in his ability to oversee complex financial operations.

Throughout his roles at Ford Motor Company and Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers, Mark expanded his financial expertise, particularly in manufacturing, operations, and engineering/product development. He has consistently applied his accounting background to drive financial accuracy, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Mark is a collaborative leader comfortable working in businesses small to large. His skills include strategic business planning, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, cost control, and treasury functions. He has demonstrated accomplishments working across functional organizations in growing business, implementing new IT systems, improving operational productivity/efficiency, and controlling costs.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bradley University and an MBA in Finance from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He resides in Milford with his wife, Darlene.
